Keep credentials private#
Use the intended account or broker setup form for credentials. Do not include passwords, OTPs, app secrets, or tokens in screenshots or support messages.
Review the destination before entering broker authentication details. Use the official SSAlgo website for app downloads and entry points.
Account and connection changes#
Disconnecting a broker, removing credentials, signing out, or uninstalling the mobile app should not be interpreted as an instruction to close open positions. Review strategy sessions and broker exposure separately.
If you suspect account access is compromised, use the appropriate account recovery and broker security controls, then contact support.
