Your source of truth#
Open Billing & Subscription to see your current plan, status, expiry, and renewal information. Use the pricing page for current offers; this guide does not freeze prices or trial duration.

Active-algorithm capacity limits running algorithms. If the capacity is in use, the app can ask you to stop an active algorithm or change your plan.
Trial and one-time pass#
An eligible account can start one free trial without a card. A trial is offered once per person, and an earlier Autopay attempt can use it up. Buy a one-time pass to pay once for a fixed period at the same price as Autopay.
A trial or one-time pass has an end date and does not itself renew automatically. Reminders are sent before access ends. Review any separate Autopay setup before assuming future charges are disabled.
The current billing screen explains that extending the same pass before it ends adds time, while a switch to Autopay can preserve remaining days. Confirm the dates shown for your purchase.
Autopay#
Autopay involves authorization and recurring payment state. Completing an authorization step and completing a payment are different events.
Read the plan, duration, amount, and first-charge or renewal date before confirming in the payment flow.
Cancellation depends on status#
| Billing situation | Current confirmation describes |
|---|---|
| Active paid subscription | Access continues to period end; no renewal afterward |
| Incomplete authorization | The incomplete setup closes |
| Trial with Autopay | The first Autopay charge is stopped; existing trial or pass continues to its end date |
| Payment Pending, Past Due, or Halted subscription | Immediate Autopay cancellation; the confirmation explains the access consequence |
| One-time pass without Autopay | Ends on its stated date; no recurring renewal to cancel |
Read the confirmation in your own account before applying cancellation.
Change a plan#
The current billing screen directs users to cancel Autopay and choose a new plan after the current period ends, or contact support for a plan change. Do not assume upgrades, credits, or prorated refunds are automatic.
When access ends#
When a trial, pass, or subscription ends without renewal:
- New entries are refused.
- Algorithms with no open position are stopped.
- Stock Baskets stop taking new entries.
- An algorithm with an open position keeps running so it can exit through its own rules (signal, stop loss, target, or square-off time).
- Anything still running 24 hours after access ended is stopped and squared off, during market hours only.
Renewing access before then lets running algorithms continue. Check the broker's positions after any forced square-off.
