Before you begin#
Have access to your Alice Blue login and the authentication method requested by the broker. Open Broker settings in SSAlgo and locate the Alice Blue card.
If the card is unavailable or disabled, check feature availability before trying another route.
Connect your account#
- Choose Connect Alice Blue.
- Complete the broker's sign-in and authorization flow.
- Return to SSAlgo after the redirect.
- Check the card's status and the account identity shown.
- If available, run Health check and read the returned result.
Enter broker authentication details only in the intended broker flow. Never paste passwords or tokens into a support request.
What success looks like#
The card returns to a connected state for the account you intended to authorize. You can review the live-broker selection separately.
A successful connection does not start an algorithm. Choose the strategy, execution mode, and session action explicitly.
If connection fails#
If the browser never returns, reopen Broker settings and inspect the status before retrying. If the session is expired, use Reconnect. For a repeated failure, note the exact error and time, then follow broker troubleshooting.
