Sign in#
Open app.ssalgo.com and use the email and password associated with your account. Check spelling and Caps Lock if the credentials are rejected.
If you do not have an account, follow the registration option provided by the app. If registration or recovery is unavailable in your environment, use the contact page for account assistance.
Find your way around#

The web app and Android app use your SSAlgo account. A broker account is a separate account connected from Broker settings.
Check access before starting#
Open Billing & Subscription and review your plan and active-algorithm capacity. A saved strategy and an active strategy are different: being able to save a configuration does not necessarily mean another session can be started.
Trouble signing in#
Re-enter your email carefully, verify the password, and use the app's recovery option if present. If a page repeatedly returns to login, capture the visible error and report the time of the attempt.
